Essential Colors That Makes A Good Wardrobe

 Hey Fabulous readers!

How's the weekend coming along?

I've been consulting lately on colors and so it's safe to call this a 10 percent of what

I've been sharing my clients.  I feel so generous 😅.

I didn't hear you say ‘Thank you', but You're welcome.

Choosing suitable colors for your wardrobe begins with your skin color & tone, the vibe

you exude, and sometimes your temperament.

For instance, a light skinned lady looks more attractive in flashy colors than a dark skinned

lady. Colors like red and blue. (Ps: this isn't to say, dark skinned ladies aren't to appear in

flashy colors. You could be dark skinned and your skin tone is permissive)

That was just by the way...

While there are colors suitable for you as an individual, there are some essential

colors you shouldn't curate a wardrobe without.

Heads-up, this is for both gender!

  • NUDE

Nude isn’t feminine, neither is it masculine. It is considered to be a naked shade of

brown, and graciously, it blends perfectly with any skin color and tone.  It can be worn

with a darker shade brown or black.

  • WINE

Wine color dresses can be recreated into elegant styles for both gender. It isn't

too selective of skin tones, and it can rocked with colors like black, white, gold and

a few others depending on how stylish you are

  • BROWN

Brown dresses are usually very lovely and adorable. Your skin color isn't a determining

factor here. It goes perfectly with any and all tones.  You can create fantastic styles

combining with white, black, nude, a lighter shade of brown as well.

  • BLACK

You probably were expecting this to come first, because yeah, what's a wardrobe without a

shade of black?? Black is a universal color that can be matched beautifully to any color

of dress, and also not gender specific. You can style black with white, brown, blue, wine,

grey, etc (depending on how fashion oriented you are).

  • WHITE

White color is almost as universal as black is. The little difference here is that white is a light

color and might not be as attracting as you might want when you combine with a

synonymous color.

For instance, combining a nude color with white. Of course not bad, but it might interest

you less to try out.  However, white can work perfectly with colors like wine, black, blue,

wine, grey, green, brown and some more.

  • BLUE

You probably weren't expecting blue to be here, but yeah it is!

There are different shades of blue, and it's okay to find one that perfectly

blends with your tone. However, your wardrobe shouldn't be without a shade

of blue.

I'm open for further consultations to curate you a wardrobe that suits you!

Till next time, do something with this piece😉
