Styling your oversized white shirt (Gen Z edition)

You know the first thing coming to mind getting on my system to write you this time?

Some Sundays back, I had gone to church in one of the styles I'm going to be sharing with you in my writing here, and of course, my steeze was on the high side. Call it 10 of 10 minus nothing.

10 of 10 until droplets of rain turned in a twinkling into a second chance to shower, and because what I had didn't permit a quick, I walked in the rain and there was a sporadic ___crease in my steeze. You can tell if it was an increase or a decrease 🙂.

Welcome ladies and gentlemen to fashioning with Tee. Welcome to another Fashion Fridayyyy.

Here's a continuation or a part 2 of 'styling your oversized white shirt' but the 'Gen Z edition' today.

The first edition was the corporate, just if you're stucked on how to rock your big shirt to work, you can generate ideas here

Today, we're going millennial!

Gotten some pop corns to munch?

Let's go..

1. Pairing with a white plain tee, a fedora hat and a befitting pant trouser:

Your white shirt is worn here as a jacket, while your plain tee serves the purpose of an inner wear or an under wear tucked into your pant trouser.

Give this a little more fire with your fedora hat or a leather beret. (See the attached image above)

2. Pairing with a black tee, face cap and a Jean trouser:

This is unlike the first, where your big shirt serves as a jacket. Here, your oversized shirt is worn in and properly buttoned to the neck just the way you'd have worn it without styling. You give the touch when you wear your black plain tees on the already worn white shirt.

To touch it up, you can get a black caroudy face cap as I'd prefer, your shade and your Jean trouser. You can rock this in heels or sneakers just depending on your preference and what speaks comfort to you.

Ps: you can decide to let loose the last two or three buttons on your shirt to allow the flaps of the shirt swing differently under your plain tee just as you see in the attached image). (See attached image above )

3. Pairing with a waist coat and a baggy office pant:

You can take this further with a cow boy hat and you can also do without the neck tie. It doesn't make the dress less on point.

(See the attached image)

4. Pairing with a jean:

While this may seem to be a quiet style for you to replicate (perhaps you're not an easy going fashionista), you can modify this better to suit you by rocking with a hat, your shade, or a medium sized vintage scarf if you know your way around wrapping, and you can make do with some rings to pronounce your fingers.

See the attached image too to check out how you can stylishly tuck in your shirt into your boyfriend Jean or oversized Jean.

You can never go wrong in any of these styles. Got some occasions to attend and you want some firery casual looks?

Rock one or two or three or all courageously and I'd be here waiting to house your compliments.

Did you say thank you?

You're welcome baby!
